FREE KIDNEY Lab Results Review

for Alaska Health Fair Participants​

BP Energy Center - 900 E Benson; behind the BP Building
 
If you have High Blood Pressure, Diabetes or your Alaska Health Fair lab results show abnormal glucose, creatinine or an abnormal A1C, Consultants will review your results and answer your questions. Labwork must be done between September 2016 and November 2016.
 
No Appointment Needed - will be on a first come first serve basis
Last Health Fair in Anchorage is Saturday, November 12th from 9am to 1pm at the University Center; 3901 Old Seward.
 

Directions: BP Energy Center is behind the BP Building on the corner of Northern Lights Blvd and Old Seward Hwy. There will be signs pointing you to the Energy Center.

Coming from the South: Travel North on Old Seward Hwy, after you go through the intersection of 36th Ave watch for the Kidney Screening signs on the right hand side. Turn right at the signs and follow the signs to the parking lot for the Energy Center.

Coming from North, West or East: If you are traveling north, west or east, from the intersection of Benson Blvd & Old Seward Hwy (by Northern Lights Fred Meyer), take Benson Blvd and turn into the entrance of the BP Building. Head south and follow the signs to the Energy Center.
